    It’s an ok airport but much of it is quite dated. Someone needs to go thru every terminal of this airport and update and renovate this place. Phoenix is a major airport and should be modernized.

    Note: taxis are plentiful but my meter had already hit $11 before we even left airport property! Ride to convention center cost about $27 with tip

    For the love of god people, why is there no directory of food, shops and the like on concourse? Term 4 is pretty big and it sucks just walking aimlessly hoping for something to catch your eye.

    Security is always fast, but terminal 4 is always crowded! Best free wifi of any airport I've ever been to.

    Use the cell phone parking lots when picking up ppl from the airport. That way you don't have to circle the terminals in your car like vultures

    Don't stay in Phoenix get your accommodations in Scottsdale that's where the great shopping & clubs/bars are!

    I take it back. Although finding my way 2 Terminal 2 was a hassle once I got here it was great! Not a single person in front of me at security and everyone at this terminal is really friendly!

    The Jose quervo bar in a gate of the us airways terminal is by far the best in the airport. Food is good and seating for tvs is really good.

    Terminal 2 is one of the original terminals constructed back in the 60s and it still looks fantastic!

    There are probably 5 different Starbucks stands in this airport, so don't wait around for a drink. Keep walking, and chances are, you'll find one that's line-free.

    The typical cost to get from down town from the airport is in the range of $15-20 from a taxi vs $10 using Uber

    The free WiFi here is slower than the dial-up I had in 2001. Not even worth breaking out the laptop. On a side note: Blue Burrito Grille is great!

    If you're flying Delta-Air Tran-Sun Country & Frontier you're don't food selection is as follow. Pizza, Paradise Cafe & Starbucks B4 Security. Wendy's, Blue Burrito Grill, & Starbuck after.

    It's a big airport. Bring your walking shoes concourse A to B is a very long walk.

    The gift shop next to gate B6 in terminal 4 participates in the Thanks Again program so you can earn mile while you buy your candy bar and magazine!

    It only takes 4.5 minutes at a gentle stroll to walk from the security checkpoint to gate A30 so don't stress

    Arrive 90 minutes before your flight to check your bags at East Economy parking (Southwest and US Airways only). Bag drop off is so easy.
