Fox Concepts rocks the entire airport with amazing food. Go early for dinner!
Only decent and half way healthy food in Terminal 2 is at TapAZ. Surprisingly good tapas and salads

Check out the Starbucks in the middle between concourse E and F in terminal 3
If you're looking for the Starbucks CityMugs, the location at Gate B15 is the only one that has them.

Lots of US planes here. Long shuttle ride from car rental center. If you have time, eat at Mikes Big Breakfast.
The car rentals are really far from the airport. Don't worry, you haven't accidentally gotten on the Grand Canyon tour bus, but do plan an extra 10 minutes to or from the terminal.
C BayugaSeptember 2, 2015Decent speeds from the TWC hotspot here at gate C6. MosDef faster than the free BOINGO, but slow free is better than no free.
Have a drink ticket you can't use? Give it to the little old ladies. A glass of wine takes the edge off while traveling.

Figured out a cool trick. If you're on southwest and you fly business select, reprint your boarding pass at the kiosk before security and you'll also get another drink ticket :)
SkyMallMarch 9, 2011If you are waiting to pick your loved ones up from Terminal 2 in Phoenix, try the Ocotillo Sun restaurant and bar. Its located before security and has meals with a southwestern flavor.

If you're in terminal 4 late, check out Paradise Bakery at gate C17. Open 24/7 and street prices. Bottle of water is only $1.75!
If you've got time, enjoy a fresh pour-over coffee at Citadel, right across from gate C 14.

Free wifi and plenty of good eats. Southwest terminal is definitely the way to go
Surprisingly international airport but some areas need updates. Nice views of the mountains on take off and landings.

David BakerMay 24, 2013As much traffic as this gets, it has a surprisingly dated feel to it without so many things that an airport in a major city would be expected to have. Few clubs, no business center, limited food....
If you're in the D concourse and sitting by gate 7... Watch your step! The view out the widow is nice, but watch the real birds inside searching the floor for crumbs! :)
Rainet LewisMarch 24, 2012This airport is big & it gets crowded quickly especially in the afternoon. Make reservations early & be there at the airport on time. Some flights maybe delayed, but just be patient.
If you rent a car give yourself plenty of time on the return. The facility is far away and the bus ride to the airport can get crowded.
For your connecting flight, rest assured that US Airways have chosen the farthest gate possible for you to get late to there !!

Nice airport. If you are returning a rental car, plan for suffient time to return the car in the rental car center and then take the shuttle to the terminal. Over 30 min
Modern Burgers has the best food in gates A1-A12! Always fresh.
Use early bag check at 44th street, east economy lot or car rental center to avoid the long lines at the terminal.
