- I pass through lots of airports. My home state airport is still Top 5.
- Great place to hang out with shopping, restaurants and quiet areas to work 😏
- RCFebruary 16, 2015Tip: if you're renting a car be sure you know what terminal you're arriving in. There are two different on-Site rental places.
- Some concourse are quite a hike, but you can always find a place to eat and I've never had check-in issues with Delta.
- You could get lost in this terminal. They've added many more great restaurants and shops.
- Try French Meadow Cafe for delicious organic food. Very faithful to the uptown Minneapolis original.
- It's worth it to pay $2.95 for the premium wifi if you are trying to download a TV season or a movie before a flight.
- Republican National ConventionJuly 20, 2012The 10th GOP Convention was held at the Industrial Exposition Building in Minneapolis June 7-10, 1892 where delegates re-nominated President Benjamin Harrison on the first ballot.
- Plugs everywhere. Great when you want to use your laptop or charge your devices last minute!
- If you have a while and want some pretty good ramen, go to Shoyu at the start of the G gates.
- Use UBER to get here. Every 'park n fly' setup is just as spendy as parking in the airport ramp
- Go to the Aveda (airport flagship) store to get your Chakras balanced! Best way to begin a flight. #OnlyInMN
- French Market Cafe in concourse F is the best for healthy organic food. Great prices and beats the heck out of greasy airport food any day.
- Megan RoseJanuary 8, 2013iPads to play with plus charging stations and free WiFi makes @mspairport one of the most connected airports I've spent time in!
- Ernest KimJuly 23, 2011If you're in terminal F, the French Meadow Bakery & Cafe is a fantastic choice for a quick bite—the food is delicious and unusually healthy for airport fare.
- TSA pre-check is worth it. Especially if you travel more than a few times a year.
- Carmel Food ToursJuly 17, 2013Much bigger than you'd expect. At least much bigger than I expected. Great shops, great restaurants!
- Huge airport that is well connected. Lots of food & shopping choices too.
- Nilay CetinJune 21, 2019No signs to point you to ride share pick up area! Go to departures level, take the skybridge across the street!
- Tamsen ReedAugust 7, 2010French market cafe in the airport has a wonderful salad les trio ....3 day later and I am still thinking bout it....bye Minneapolis be back soon love the city and my new friends!!
- John AllenMarch 24, 2016Nice clean airport. Short security line and a pretty good selection of places to eat
- Alexandre GuerreiroNovember 5, 2017One of my favorite airports in the world. Clear, effective and very clean.
- Sky Priority line here is awesome! Be sure to check in at the Delta Sky Priority counter to access the line.
- Follow the signs to the skyway security checkpoint. Save some time! Ike's for food if you have time, French Meadow if you're in a hurry.
- Plenty to eat/do/shop, but leave yourself time. There's walking to do in every concourse and a lack of planning can get your name called over the intercom... or worse, cost you a flight.
- Jake SmithJanuary 23, 2013If you don't have to change planes when you fly in here, then don't leave your plane. It makes everything easier for everyone.
- Tom VellaringattuMay 15, 2013Great airport. First time seeing a toilet with doors opening outward to let passengers with luggage easily get in!
- One of the best airports in the country (for food selection)
- USO/Armed Forces area is on the mezzanine level, but you have to leave security and come back through if you go there. At least for another 2 years anyway.
- Remember to thank the TSA, gate agents, pilots, and flight attendants. They work hard to get you from point A to point B.
- This airport can seem overwhelming with seven concourses but it’s not quite as difficult to navigate as you might think.
- Nice airport with many charging stations but distance between terminals is further than similar airports. Good food. Rock Bottom Brewery had dead bugs in the ice and employees didn't seem to care.
- Try parking downtown at the C ramp and take the light rail to the airport. It's very cheap and pretty slick.
- Voted #1 best airport in the country two consecutive years in a row.
- John CassilloJanuary 10, 2020Prepare to do quite a bit of walking. It’s super clean and nice. Just limited options.
- KristinOctober 6, 2013One of the nicest airports in the U.S. Want to eat healthy, grab a bite to eat at the French Meadow Bakery!
- Always liked MSP airport. Nice and clean and now newly renovated modern bathrooms too.
- Go to Ike's. Best food in the airport for whatever you like. I think there's three if them. Minimum two.
- G concourse has iPad pubs. You can plug your device in, order a BEvERage and wait for your flight
- Sarah MaloyOctober 13, 2013Get here super early. There's more staff dedicated to crew and pre-check than to normal security so the lines are extra long.
- The light rail downtown is faster than a cab, and cheaper. Plan your stops accordingly, but downtown is Government or Nicolet stops
- The new Prince store. Mainly t-shirts, jackets in unisex, so you can give it to anyone.
- La Tapenade (F6) has tasty Mediterranean eats and some of the best couscous I've had! Airport food win!
- Omer IdreesAugust 26, 2017Modern airport with a rest/quiet area where you can go to sleep, pray, etc.
