There's a Dairy Queen In concourse C, yet in a cruel twist of fate, they do not serve Orange Juliuses (the greatest drink on earth).
New restaurant layout spreads restaurant options throughout the airport. I say Terminals E & F now have the most and best options.

If you're renting a car, you'll get lost with the signs. A few rentals are off site, but the main companies are on the 2nd or 3rd floor following a long walk through the terminal.
I'm all about the sushi at wok n roll. Inexpensive and consistently good.
One of my favorite airports here in the U.S. Can't complain about the layout of the Terminals and they are easy to navigate. The restaurant "Chili's Too" in G Terminal is excellent.
Aaron DrevlowDecember 26, 2014When your flights delayed on f concourse n you have three kids. Barricade yourself at the entrance to Lucky Lindy's and let the kids run around. Lots of blinking lights.
Do a Foursquare check in at the individual concourse or gate that you're in to get better, localized tips.- humphrey terminal 2 is a lot simpler to get in and out of. serves southwest and sun country

Gluten-free vegetarians: Caribou Coffee in Concourse B sells a tasty Southwestern Black Bean salad. Hopefully the other Caribous in MSP have them, too!

Matt NiblettOctober 9, 2013If you're in terminal one and have some time to kill and need power, there's a really nice area with tables and power outlets in concourse D.
Use checkpoint 6 if you're looking for the shortest line. Also the new coffee shop at the end of G is good as well as Taglia/Custom Burgers at the beginning of G are awesome!
Get a workout while charging your phone and get free Internet access, great idea!

Eat at Surdyks mini deli in thr shopping area. Awesome food, wine and microbrews. Beats everything else to eat hands doen. (not chrap tho). Also sandwiches on the go!

If you're on G concourse with time to spare, check out mini museum at point where you get to G7 and beyond. Who doesn't love a loon fact?!

TSA lane at checkpoint 6 versus 4 is 1/10th the length as not advertised on signs. Also has a body scan for my knee replacement versus checkpoint 4 that requires a pat fown!
SamsoniteMay 3, 2011Stretch out your legs at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport with their walking path. The 1.4 mile track leads you around the airport, and is easy to follow with green dots to stay on track.
Make sure to check out the G concourse. It is like a downtown hip hangout! Go all the way to the end.

I love all the whiners who complain about "no free wi-fi" in the terminals. Things costs money. Get over it, or ask your congressman to raise everyone's air fees to cover your Skype addiction.
Adam NowekJanuary 15, 2016Large, ugly airport. Every single place to sit down has gone completely overboard with iPads at every seat. I know they're trying to be futuristic, but it's just cheesy.
Huge kudos to the Courtesy transport carts and their very pleasant drivers here. I had only minutes between flights (weather delays). So very awesome.
howsabout when forming a line you don't extend the line into the concourse thru-way and block walking travelers? mmm'k? particularly at the caribou coffee in concourse F.

The airport now has free wifi! If you're looking for a quiet place to chill, go upstairs above the mall (right after you go through security).- MSP is one of the must stops flying out of GRB; cross your fingers you don't land at Gates A-B and depart out of Gates E-F ... it's a hike!

Such a good airport: good moving walkway signage, chik fil a, French meadow bakery, and such big and clean bathrooms in terminal F.

Mao PaoJanuary 24, 2014Lots of food,bars, and shops in this airport. This is very convenient since flights rarely leave here on time. At least you'll have stuff to pass the time.
Best quickie breakfast. Caribou Coffee in the F gate sells a fruit and cheese plate that is delightful! Do I detect rosemary in those crackers?
