One of my all time favorite NYC restaurants. A few Kumamoto Oysters w/ their vinegar sauce & Duck Confit, I'm a very happy boy!

Tobias KJune 5, 2016I got a croissant at Ceci Cela for $2.20 that was extraordinary. Then I walked down the street to Balthazar where the light fixtures were fancy and the $3.50 croissant was quite mediocre.

Be kind to the very friendly staff. Also, if you go in the morning they usually leave samples of a croissant or a pastry on the counter.

The atmosphere and food are solid, but good luck getting a decent latte or cappuccino here.
