Stuffed pig's feet is delicious, filling, and great depth of flavor but is also a study in ultra heavy handed salting, like most plates there. Drinks lots of water, or better yet, beer.

Lamb burger is excellent although it seems cliche, and triple cooked chips + salt crisps are perfect snacks to accompany your meal.

Caesar salad made with kale. A 3 cheese grilled cheese with cheese on the outside. Thrice cooked chips (fries). Yes.
