- Cole KennedyJanuary 23, 2020I wanted to love it, but I just couldn’t do it. The ambiance is cozy and wonderful, especially on a cold weeknight, but the food wasn’t any better than any other average neighborhood restaurant.
- Hannah AbbottJune 7, 2011As us Brits would say, it's bloody lovely! Every course we had was delicious. Would come here again and again

- Colin RhoadsApril 28, 2017Got the burger, it was decent but it just comes with chips (pretty sure they were Ruffles) which is insane at $17. And a very small $9 pancake... probably won't return.
- 2-hour wait on a Friday night, but try and find a place at the bar - it's worth it. The beets in avocado and chicken were incredible.
- Kurkina AnnaJanuary 11, 2020Great ambiance. Delicious food but oh so overpriced. A tiny piece of cheese for $8

- Spencer FrySeptember 19, 2010Worth the trip. Really love the interior design and the pork chop. The octopus starter was great too. Cute backyard.
- adrian clayApril 16, 2010A seemingly consistent cold welcome always morphs into a wonderful (chicken based) dining experience. Just be mindful of flying key lime pies.
- Michael VoelkerJuly 9, 2012It's a wonderful place. Still there is one waitress providing a horrible service. If you can ignore her you'll have a great time.
- Jen SnowJanuary 31, 2010Go to Vinegar Hill House and be happy that you stayed in Brooklyn. They will be nice to you even if you are the only person in the place not wearing plaid. Also, there is a fireplace.
- Karin GattringerApril 8, 2016Good mimosas - they are not on the menu, but all you need to do is ask.
- Be sure to order a glass of milk with your chocolate stout cake.

- Trae FFebruary 28, 2018Popped in for a drink but based in the rudeness of the millennials at the bar I’m not sure I’ll rush back.
- JourdanAugust 12, 2011Wattle chop is to die for. Featured on the Food Network's Best Thing I Ever Ate and they were dead on!!!
- TK 🍦🍷April 15, 2013Food was amazing, but not for folks w/traditional palates. Also, our service was slooow and aloof. Boo.
