I'd skip the balconies. They're over an indoor atrium, which is a little silly, if amusing, and the noise from the lobby echos into the rooms at night.
The balcony over the atrium is nice on the weekends to hear the live jazz music in the room. But weeknights it's entirely pointless.
I agree that if you're going to have a balcony, it look upon the outside at something nice. Instead, you have a 90's architecture for the atrium with 90s furniture. Disappointing.
Attention tall people! In the smaller theater, sit in the balcony. Much more comfortable and there is room to sprawl out!
i like the balcony seats, sit there not on the floor, peoples heads will just get in the way
Got the seats with the "limited view" for cheap. Definitely worth it. You won't miss anything, unless your daughter is Happy Mushroom #2. Then she could be too far off stage.

Awesome exhibit on Art Deco fashion. Try to tag along on a docent tour. The woman who restored all the beadwork is really knowledgeable.

Dance floor too crowded down in the Palm/bar area? Sneak up to the mezzanine balcony overlooking the live music stage - gorgeous/romantic view, and plenty of room to sway and canoodle!
AMAZING! One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in outside of Vegas or some other large metropolitan area. Very nice staff and amazing Art Deco decor.

The Moer Burger is one of the top five burgers I've ever had. The beef is perfectly seasoned and topped with pastrami, cheddar, an egg, bacon and sweet onion relish. Have a knife and fork ready!

This fountain was founded in 1871 & was a gift from Henry Probasco in memory of Tyler Davidson. Probasco traveled to Munich & commissioned a bronze allegorical fountain named The Genius of Water.

Try buffalo chicken egg rolls and avocado chick pea salad. They have 1/2 price wine on Sunday's and always have good soups!
Check out the tables. Cages that used to protect the bank tellers are now being creatively reused as table decorations and holders for salt and pepper.
If you have a group, reserve the Vault... yes the actual vault that used to be in the bank. It's so much fun, and a quite soundproof!
