A really great eating concept: design your own sushi! Tuna rolls were excellent as was the carrot ginger salad. Very fast service. Recommend the sweet soy and spicy mayo sauces
The sushi was great. I enjoyed the agave lemonade and the spicy mayo was good. All there utensils are compostable. The roasted tofu was good.
According to her, the California rolls are very good!
Great service, great food, and big portions. I tried the paad Thai but I didn't know what level I wanted it spiced too, so the server brought out some extra peppers for me to add in.
The spice scale they give you is 1-10, but you can request to go hotter. Tried an 11 tonight. Next time I'll go to 12!

Best pad Thai of all the places in this area - it's my go to when I want to grab carry-out. Parking can be a challenge.

This is the best sushi in town. I suggest the king of the ocean roll.

You can bring your own drinks to Ruthai's so you can always have your favorite beer or wine with your dinner! So much cheaper than buying wine!
Great, cheap, fast sushi right on campus. Restaurant is pretty small.
