Watch out for prime time SAT/SUN. The bathroom line SUCKS. People will cut. You'll get in a fight. Cheese balls everywhere.
Go to The Levee and ask the bartender for bar food. They have bar food (hot dogs and frito pie) for omnivores and vegetarians alike!
