Not the greatest aquarium, but the jellyfish are cool (in the "aliens" exhibit). The sea lions put on a pretty good show.

Do a show first. If you can get as close to the poolside as you can. Schedule everything else around that.

Bring a hat or sunglasses; the way the outdoor exhibits are situated, the sun will be in your eyes most of the day

I was hoping for a bit more, but it was still quite fascinating. There were too many kids, though, and it definitely hindered the experience

Buy your tickets online. It costs a bit more, but the line for tickets is usually pretty long. It's worth the few bucks to not stand in line.

Don't bother going until 2015 which is when the reconstruction is to be finished. They have no exhibitions open since hurricane Sandy, except for some fish aquariums, walrus & seals. Waste of time.

The line in the cafe is ridiculous. I am waiting about 25-30 mins just to get a water and coffee. Slowest service I have ever encountered. There were only about 10 people in front of me too. :(

Very short day. Wasn't much to do here. It wasn't very expensive but we were done in 1.5 hrs. That makes it better on the little ones with short attention spans.
