- Like a 70s carnival complete with roller coaster (air train)
- Alexandra PrevidiDecember 30, 2016Terminal C has many more dining options than Terminal A. If you end up in Terminal A, you're kind of out of luck on food. There are many four options and none of them are desirable (or healthy).
- Laura Helen WinnAugust 1, 2014The egg and cheese sandwiches at Java Moon are a must-have. Makes the red eye worth it (almost).
- Carshénah Jefferson SiegenthalerMarch 1, 2020International flights have to pick up bags and recheck them back in for connecting flights. Oh and don’t forget you have to wait at the baggage carousel, so another a security check
- Stuart Glendinning HallAugust 12, 2011Try visiting the real Newark. A small historic market town in the heart of England. Was used in the English Civil War as the king's base camp (1640s). Chk out more on wikipedia by keywording 'Newark'.
- Miguel Montero BelloNovember 10, 2010Welcome to Newark Airport! Don't forget to check in on Foursquare from the plane, and gate as well. Trains, buses, planes, & boats are all valid Foursquare venues that you can become the mayor of!
- Airport in full swing. United Club is slim pickings. Cereal, canned fruit, Chobani yogurt, coffee, hardboiled eggs that’s it
- Take a Xanax before flying out of here & give yourself WAY more time than you think you need. They put the snail in "snail's pace" around here.
- City Food ToursMarch 20, 2012Whether u r a local or visitor there's plenty 2 do in the Big Apple! Consider City Food Tours 4 a fun & filling way 2 explore. If ur stuck at EWR, head to Terminal C for some real NY Flavor!
- The carts that drive people around aren't equipped with horns. So if you hear a "beep beep" it's actually the driver making that noise. You should still step aside though.
- Express Car-ServiceFebruary 11, 2013Need an airport taxi transfer to Morristown, Randolph, Chatham, Madison, Shorthill, Summit or Basking Ridge? Save our number to your cell mobile: 973-539-5399. Reliable, Safe & always a fair price.
- Horrible, no pre-check for terminal A, frequent 'random' selections for additional screening. Bring bread crumbs and make friends with the pigeons that infest this travel gem.
- Mariana Vázquez Del M CNovember 19, 2013Pretty bad and sarcastic service at Delta front desk but in the other hand, sandella's quesadillas are very good!. Glad to have free wi-fi after downloading the amazone app!.
- Mark DunecMay 13, 2014Welcome to Newark Liberty International Airport! I'm Mark Dunec and I'm running for the US House of Representatives in New Jersey's 11th District. Visit http://www.markdunecforcongress.com for more.
- Bradley JoyceAugust 9, 2011In terminal C be sure to stop by garden state diner. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They continued to serve us even after they officially closed!
- For a cheap airport breakfast in terminal A 30-39, get a side of scrambled eggs and a side of bacon for 1.99 each
- In terms of efficiency, size and simplicity of process by far the best of the NY airports
- Definitely bettet than JFK. Flights run on time (usually), great food and bars. But NO free wifi.
- This airport is pretty large and has a lot of great little places to eat once you get inside.
- Jill H-WOctober 19, 2013QR code on posters for terminal C take you to a website about the terminal and an interactive map. Worth using!
- The renovation somehow made me miss the old crappy terminal C. Now there’s flashing iPads everywhere & if you only have cash and don’t know where the secret Wendy’s is, you can’t get a meal.
- Paulette BleamSeptember 23, 2013Get there early. This is one of the more confusing airports with longer security lines than usual. Patience is a virtue. ;-)
- If you get a meal on the flight, immediately place your butter onto your hot entree to melt the butter. Super delicious.
- The security lines here can make you question the very nature of epic time scales. Earth is 4.5 billion years old, dinos were around for 100 million years... Do yourself a favor and get on PreCheck.
- Market Fresh by Gate 132 in Terminal C is now carrying full line of kosher Fresco sandwiches (meat)
- Can be a dreary and unfriendly place and it can be easy to get sucked into the negative vortex here. Make a stranger smile - you will feel better too!
- Paul FortMay 24, 2013When life gives you lemons, make a refreshing drink involving those same lemons, sugar, and water. Unless you're allergic to lemons in which case use grapefruits.
- Richard BarkerSeptember 19, 2018Get a bite to eat before you use the B50 and up gates. You can’t bring food through and not much to eat.
- If you have a choice, fly JetBlue out of Newark. Security is so much less stressful at Terminal B than Continental at Terminal C. Lines are shorter and everybody is happier. A better start to the day!
- Ryan RossAugust 6, 2014Make sure you leave your sense of humour on the plane. They don't have them here. Admire also the cheap US flags taped to everything. Disappointing gateway to America.

- Kori SmithJune 15, 2014The cell phone waiting lot is kind of far from the actual airport; it is on the other side of Routes 1/9. Keep that in mind when you timing tour passenger pickup(s).
- If you need to reprint boarding passes go to gate c90 (in the united terminal for united flights) ... They are pretty scarce after security and baggage check in
- Terminal C (United) is pretty big so give yourself time to get to your gate.
- Robb MyerMarch 26, 2015Get the local scoop on the hottest anti-reservation restaurants in NJ @nowaitapp
- Terminal As Presidents Club has the best bloody marys, hands down...and they can serve alcohol at 6am, unlike the C terminal (9am). Flying out of C? No worries...they have a shuttle!
- Aristo BhupalNovember 13, 2011Always keep time at hour hand while at this airport.....Its huge! You would require 20-30 mins minimum to actually board your flight (from security check to boarding)

- VIDecember 10, 2011Some people say its ugly! But its one of the most easiest airports to navigate.. Airtrain and shuttles! I love this airport most of the times!
- Security lines are getting a lot longer during the summer time months. Try to plan ahead if you can!
