JoyceDecember 3, 2022Been coming here since 2016 and it’s definitely changed to be more pricey and “American” without the unique German drinks and quirks. The service was good, but food and beer were meh.

One of the good places to watch European soccer. It gets packed for Germany games, so be prepared to stand.
Great outdoors picnic tables. If you want real Germans though go to Zum Schneider.

BethOctober 9, 2011Not sure why I'm drinking cocktails at a biergartden, but don't be tempted by the Birne Helene cocktail, while it sounds delicious, it's not so great.
MelApril 30, 2010mashed potatoes are awesome. Wiener Schnitzel (pork, not veal) was a bit thick of a cut and breading was not light enough to "float" off the meat. the wurst platter was good.

Order up a side of currywurst sauce with the fries. Nice little kick to balance that liter of beer you have. Prost!
