they've ditched intelligentsia for some brooklyn-based roaster. while i trust the former, i must say that taste and quality have remained the same.

Although it can be difficult to get a seat near a plug, the modern industrial design of this place is compelling. Coffee quality is uneven but they have a good selection of coffee roasters & food.

For this area, it's the best coffee. But if you want the best coffee and best experience go to La Colombe on Church and Lispenard (close to Canal).

When you get off the WTC Path station, don't go to a Starbucks, go here. One of the best coffees in the area.

Don't be surpised if there's a line at this TriBeCa café. Free wifi with purchase makes it a good place to relax while you sip on your brew.

Cute place, and if you don't feel like coffee the tea selection is good too. No idea why they are playing Terminator on a giant screen right now.
