Veggie buns are amazing, even better than the pork buns (which may be the best in the city).

The Akamaru Modern ramen was the best ramen I had outside of Japan, although I am sure the others are amazing too! Get the extra special pork belly, if you know what I mean!

Order the new ramen "hakamen." That's hard noodles to you ;) The new ramen appearing in soups here came out softer than usual on a first try.

Fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I've been to Ippudo 20x and finally had my first special, the szeshuan tan tan. Oh my. All other times: akamaru modern kikuni style with egg. Several kaidame. Always a winner. Oishi desu!
