Snacks and tea great but the servers are rude & act as though they hate being there. If you can ignore them go on a wkday w/a good friend & you're fine

Great costumer service!! Their accents are really cute, and have a wide variety of teas! I got their white flower and it was just perfect! :)

Try the Eton Mess (crumbled meringues with whipped cream and berries) for a taste of British summer!

Full English breakfast served Saturday and Sunday only. Tea in the afternoons. Heaven always.

Very cosy, very British. Unfortunatelly one can't just sit and have a cup of tea, since there is a minimun charge of $12.50 per person. So sad.

Best place in New York for tea & crumpets, bangers & mash, finger sandwiches, and scrumptious puddings.

Best earl grey tea in the city. If you're from England and feeling homesick, this is the perfect spot.

Can be pricey, but the tea and 2 scones with clotted cream is the way to go!

If you're looking for a proper English breakfast, then this is the spot. However, it's super expensive, tiny and the staff are super rude.

Their afternoon tea set is really good! But if they've run out of it don't bother to stay. Rest of the food is average, very overpriced and staff is definitely on the ruder side.

On a rainy Sunday, go there solo before 12:30pm. Order The Full Monty (with beans). Try their house blend Earl Grey. Watch the rain not bother you as much.

You can't be seated unless the whole party arrives - even if it's 3 of you waiting for one more. Also, no tea unless you order a minimum $ of food. Too many rules, not enough sympathy. Not worth it.

This place is disgusting! I had a soup last night and found a roach in it. I told the waitress (red hair, heavy set, in the 50's) and didn't look shocked. The Health Dept needs to do its job.
