    Been here 25+ times
    Spend some time at the Listening Post, particularly if you're there for a Late. Randomly generated words in a dark room is the nearest thing I get to a religion.

    Food is a teenie bit pricey here but there is a great picnic area on level 3 near the launchpad. Tends to clear out by 2pm for those who can hang on for a late lunch.

    Picnic rained off, so we hit the basement at the science museum. Kids are happy with with the garden area, but still getting wet!

    Such a muddled space. Great content but poorly exhibited. And the brand is a bit dated.

    There was no aircon and though it says free admission , the staff upfront asked for donation before allowing us to enter. better to change the admission to ticketed than to be stopped for donation :(

    Apollo 10 CSM, call sign "Charlie Brown" is on display here. After Apollo 10, NASA required "dignified" names for command and lunar modules. This "rule" lasted until Apollo 16, when "Casper" was used.

    if you want hands-on fun, head straight up to the top floor for the interactive exhibitions. and definitely try the exhibit which catches your shadow. great fun.

    If you're planning on eating in the restaurant by the imax, send someone ahead to queue. There can be 30min + wait at weekends.

    Gift shop - Great for small/cheap bits for kids to take home as a token of the visit but be careful of the more expensive items- often not worth the price.

    Avoid the "Atmosphere" exhibit at all costs. The Exhibit being sponsored by Shell means that they're presenting highly skewed positions on Global Warming.
