Perfect carbonara. Bar can be a bit raucous. Best affogato in the city
Lovely breakfast-- sit at the bar to look out on the park as you eat. The guanciale-filled Amatriciana is my favorite.
Love the porchetta sandwich with fried egg for brunch. Killer pasta too.

Go for the best brunch in town... Raviolo al Uovo, with a whole egg yolk inside, is particularly awesome. Great breakfast spot on weekdays, too.

Tolga BüyükdoganayOctober 9, 2015They gave me the wrong menu. After 20 mins discovered that it was the wrong menu. The soup was microwave hot. Instead of using napkins they use hand cutted old menus under the bowl. Interesting place.
Janet PFebruary 20, 2010Breakfast at this ristorante romano was delicious. Lived the cacio e pepe scrambled eggs and these little "cinnamon-roll"-like breads with guanciale were downright decadent. Yum yum!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in nyc. It feels like being back home!
If you're out and looking for a burger after 10:30pm, the late night burger is fantastic.
The ricotta pancakes and the bacon at brunch are INSANE!
Get the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe; it's way better than the overhyped version at Lupa.
