- It's a goal of mine to master the cacio e pepe soft scramble. Beware the pre-work food coma though.

- The suckling pig is great but too much for two people. The cacio e pepe is fantastic as is the pizza bianca in the bread basket. Tripe is a bit rubbery. Save room for affogato to finish.
- The ricotta pancakes are always fantastic. Don't forget the bacon!
