- Tony TAugust 18, 2016The Luxor has a cool design, caters to LGBT culture, and is as close to a budget hotel on the strip as you can get because its on the far South end of the Vegas Strip. Altho it lacks the LV "energy"Upvoted 4 days ago
- Kayla SpellingOctober 5, 2014A childhood favorite. Reasonable pricing to stay and a low key atmosphere. I also had the most luck at this casino! The pool isn't the most glamorous and it is far down the strip, but still greatUpvoted Apr 3
- MCJuly 13, 2017Cool hotel at Strip with Egyptian concept. Just problem they have to find a solution for huge check in line. The room, ambiance, pool are nice and clean. And also there is no theate/shows in itUpvoted Feb 21
- The only pyramid on the strip pretty awesome!!!! Stayed there a few weeks ago and had a blast!!! Nice restaurants as well as bars and lounges. The staff were friendly and i loved the view from my roomUpvoted Feb 13
- I tried the early riser wrap and it was delicious. The menu was pretty decent gotta try those red velvet pancakes next time though. I used my M Life card for extra points so that was cool.
- David GuerrieriJuly 9, 2019One of the older ones on the strip, the Luxor has decent sized rooms with good views of the strip, and it’s pretty sweet going diagonal in an elevator!
- Rachel LaCountOctober 4, 2015Very nice staff, our room was upgraded for free. Comfortable beds. Backstage deli was delicious, reasonably priced, and open 24 hours. Casino part isn't my favorite, but still nice!
- Stephanie R.August 4, 2013Stay here every time I go to Vegas. They have great CS and clean rooms. They have speedy check in and check out. Luxor is a prime location on the strip. You can valet your car when you get there too.
- Hamoud AlDabbousMay 24, 2016Came here for the blue man group show . I'm really impressed about the lobby design . Really big place with ancient Egyptian touch totally love it
- Checking in in the middle of the week was a piece of cake! Staff is very friendly, and although it gets busy on weekends, it's a fun atmosphere!
- Ann BerghmansSeptember 22, 2016We had a great stay in luxor hotel. I loved the theme! Every detail in this hotel is inEgyptian style. The bathroom was nice and clean.
- Jake HindmanJune 5, 2017Really cool to see this place in person. Worth going by just for the scenery, the casino is like every other casino in Vegas but the building itself is worth checking out if you're in the area.
- It makes a huge impression when you see it the first time. However many places including rooms would love to see a renovation.
- Richardo MurrayFebruary 13, 2018The only pyramid on the strip! I did enjoy my stay at the Luxor...my view was amazing 😉
- MicheleApril 7, 2013The Bodies Exhibit is awesome!! It's eerie but very educational. Brought tickets at Luxor and we got a deep discount best price and believe me we shopped around!
- Open late & 24hrs on the weekend, the Pyramid Cafe is always ready to meet whatever craving you have! Serving breakfast lunch and dinner, you can't go wrong with the cafe in the middle of the pyramid!
- Mark GarverApril 23, 2013Great to visit and see, but if you stay here, make certain your room is in the towers and NOT in the Pyramid, Design of the pyramid means extremely long waits for the elevators. Place is getting old!
- Lux DeluxSeptember 14, 2012Relax amidst the elegant confines of the Tower Premier Suite, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a breakfast nook, whirlpool tub, and complimentary Wolfgang Puck Coffee.
- My burger was fabulous - not that I expected it to be crap, but it was much better than expected. Also, Stephanie was super friendly, happy and made our day that much better by being awesome.
- MuratMay 23, 2016Located at the South end of the Strip, very sophisticated and exotic. Prices are high but affordable. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, holding nice restaurants.
- Chris BrunoJanuary 1, 2016The Luxor is massive. It's dining and amenities are dated; the entire hotel is in need of an update. It's uber/taxi pick up area is located on the side making it very convenient for heading north.
- The bodies and titanic exhibitions combo pack is definitely worth it. Both are exceptional exhibits. I would devote a good 3 hours to those two together
- Lynhdan NguyenApril 4, 2015The hotel is outdated. The elevators shakes like if you were in an earthquake while going up to your room. The rooms doesn't have a thermostat, so adjusting the right temperature can be challenging
- Lux DeluxMay 24, 2012Relax in the elegant Tower Premier Suite. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, breakfast nook, whirlpool tub, and complimentary Wolfgang Puck Coffee, you'll be living the life of a true Pharaoh.
- Ginette SchoonoverJuly 3, 2013We first checked into the Pyramid room but the AC was not working well. We moved to the East Tower and had great AC comfort! Not a bad place, but have stayed at better ones!
- Michael DDecember 12, 2021A Vegas icon. Great atmosphere at all times. Be warned - drinks at the pool are $$$ (though not unusual for Vegas).
- Johnny PukeMay 28, 2014Walk from our room to elevator on the 7th floor in the pyramid was brutal, if you stay in the pyramid, get the highest floor possible, as there are fewer rooms the higher you get.
- Coolest hotel. I love the shape of the pyramid. You can feel the elevator move on a slant to accomodate the shape of the hotel.
- Dwayne KilbourneApril 17, 2012Maybe it is a bit older than some, but the Egyptian theme is super cool; Great to visit... maybe not the ideal spot to stay unless you're on a budget!
- s@mSeptember 28, 2018Come inside to truly appreciate the unique architecture and decorative details of this Egyptian theme hotel.
- Jaren SMay 12, 2013Check-in special is great. Tried to use it and the bartender, Joe was an ass and a jerk. Showed him the offer and he snatched my phone out of my hand. He almost hit my friend in the head as well.
- Good place to stay. Affordable, on the strip, close to Mandalay Bay. 4A/4B elevators can be a bit slow though. Plan accordingly.
- Noel ClarkeDecember 13, 2011Stayed here New years 04 (Before Foursquare) Great Hotel, good staff. Room with jacuzzi for the 5 of us on the trip. People asked why I stayed here. My answer "C'monSon It's a F*cking Pyrimid"
- Service is great. Public House is excellent, outstanding burger and filet mignon sliders. Great french onion soup gratin.
- The casino workers are great but the cocktail waitresses legit take 30 mins to get to you per round- nearly make the "free" drinks not even close to worth it.....don't tip...sorry but you'll see....
- Another tip..near the Guest Check in there is a small Alcoholic Smoothie Bar, the guy that wears a tie all the time, very good looking and hot! Always go to him, he hooks you up!
- Dianey SandovalSeptember 4, 2019We went to see the titanic artifact exhibit and bodies exhibit and both were fascinating.. you learn as you read so be prepared to stay for a while.... ❤️❤️
- Lenette W.February 16, 2014Happy hour beer until 6pm at Jabbar on Atrium Level. $3. Really. Who knew you could get a beer that cheap. $5 for the big souvenir size cup.
- Dannie WadeMarch 29, 2016We had a Queen deluxe room and it was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly.
- Carole NicholsMarch 6, 2017Nice hotel, although the walls are so thin it's pretty loud in the rooms. Casino was very nice. The steakhouse was excellent!
- Mohammad FetyaniAugust 12, 2015Very good service , clean and comfort rooms , the shower is not good 😐 but in general i like this hotel
- Catharina DemasiFebruary 5, 2019Cool place for gambling. We had fun! Beverages are expensive in the bar, but some waitresses serve you beer if you are gambling - so gamble.
- Chris BJanuary 22, 2015Great architecture, though reg room R smaller do to slanted walls- Doh- impressive & deaf see while in Vegas, also pool is open in Winter 😃
- Eyleen VargasOctober 14, 2015Nice rooms but the resort fee is a total ripoff. We made sure to pay every part of our holiday in advance only to find there were still hidden costs.
- Brandon BarkerMay 28, 2013The higher the floor you stay on, the more awesome the experience. Also, the Full Sail beer at the The Public House is amazing!
- Was worried about all the negative reviews, but the service was fantastic, food was good, and prices inexpensive! Recommended for breakfast.
- Elisa KleinApril 11, 2013http://www.portlandsocietypage.com/2013/04/07/a-lifestyle-report-family-vacations-in-las-vegas-can-be-winners/ The exhibit features a full-scale re-creation of the Grand Staircase
- Shauna KaminskyAugust 21, 2011Spent our nights here for convention. Nice hotel, though I wish there were refridgerators in the rooms. The employees were wonderful to work with and helpful with whatever requests we had.
- Oscar SolanoJuly 16, 2012For faster Luxor check-in, use the tower registration, pyramid reg takes too long as its the main tourist entrance. Tower reg will have you in and out in less than 10 mins
- Ean DervinJanuary 10, 2016Had no idea Carrot Top was that funny. Looking to get a few laughs while in Vegas? Highly recommend seeing his show before you leave.
