Kiril PiskunovJuly 18, 2016Worst airport around London. You have to take a bus if you are taking a train or you have to be stuck in traffic on silly roundabouts if you are driving in. Always overcrowded with queues everywhere.

Don't be fooled by the power sockets at Benugo. They don't appear to be connected
always make your impending holiday feel better leaving this place cause the queue experience is so dreadful.

Security staff generally rude and inefficient, although goid variety of eating places to choose from before and after security.
Arrive way ahead of time to get through security.
Expect to be treated like cattle in departures, everything to be understaffed, rude and dismissive treatment, a 2 hour border control wait on arrival and another 2 for baggage return. Avoid.

Watch out for last second gate changes. And I mean last second.
Avoid the ePassport control as it takes longer than the human touch

Thurzday NextJanuary 20, 2014First and last time flying through this airport. I got scammed into buying an extra train ticket, then there were multiple train delays, causing me to miss my flight and purchase another ticket.- Try a different airport. It's a dump. Hard to get there. Hard to get through. Barely any seating. Not very good food options.
Reasons to hate LTN: 1) £2 for drop off/pick up 2) £4 for priority security 3) £1 for plastic bags 5) consistently rude staff 6) terribly designed gate layouts.
