- Andrew RivkinOctober 7, 2014The centurion lounge is amazing. One of the best airport lounges I've been too.
- Definitely use the M60 to get to LGA. For Terminal B just get off on the first airport stop.
- SilvanoJuly 9, 2011If your flight came from south I hope it was during the day and your seat was on the left hand side. The view from the statue and Manhattan are just amazing!
- If you land here during the middle of the day, and take a $25-35 dollar cab instead of the $2.25 M60 Bus to Manhattan, you, sir or madam, are a chump, and deserve to lose your money.
- Do NOT try to sit on your buddy's shoulders & wrap a long trenchcoat around the two of you, creating the illusion of a single, very tall passenger--they have seen this trick before.
- For car rentals, take the Red Line bus shuttle to the rental car stop which is included with Terminal A
- SailorMarch 19, 2018Aunt Anne Pretzels are he best thing about this entire airport, hurry up and finish that new terminal!
- Highly recommended when looking to catch a flight. Even then that's a stretch, though. Fly on Christmas if you can its quiet and flights are on time!
- Anna-Liisa BenstonOctober 25, 2011Au Bon Pain is the only place with multiple outlets. So if your stuck here waiting for your luggage because Spirit Air is shit... You can go there and get good food and get some work done
- If there's a chance that the sky's are going to be cloudy. Expect delays. Also well past the time to upgrade the terminal
- Gregg DelpinoJune 22, 2014Great idea but not user friendly.... Always need to confirm order with human first. Second time should be easier
- Terminal C & D are where it’s at! Delta remodeled years ago and it allows you to side steps the construction of B.
- I can not stand this airport-B terminal in particular. Everyone is crammed in like sardines under a low ceiling-you can feel all the germs in the hot air.
- Antoinette WallaceMay 12, 2013Had the most pleasant experience from the staff of Spirit Airlines. Absolutely shocked. They were very accommodating and the plane isn't as bad as I thought. JetBlue will always win the trophy though
- Daniel TewfikMarch 18, 2013A fascinating infographic on why you have to turn off your mobile device during takeoff and landing (Read it before you stow your device away!). Read more
- Conrad Greiner-BechertJanuary 30, 2018Ranked number two in my list of favorite airports of New York City, behind JFK and ahead of Newark. Still a mess.
- Trying to find an uber on the arrivals level is a great test of patience. I wish you luck.
- Book a left side window seat for views of Manhattan for flights northbound. Right side for return flights southbound.
- TSA @ Terminal B are the f'in best! lost my wallet before security check and dude was super sympathetic, waited with me, gave me direct line to L&F operator.
- Major construction going on now through 2020. Expect long wait times for getting in and out via car, bus, shuttles.
- Jeff KisselMarch 25, 2013Be sure to take a peak out the window if while landing or taking off: there's usually a great view of Manhattan!
- Air Canada is placed at the a**end of concourse B. Its a wasteland both in look and amenities; compared to least civilized airports that exist in the remotest of 3rd world countries, LaGuardia SUX!
- The new terminal is amazing. Clean, beautiful, bags come quickly, easy to get a ride share.
- It’s bad right now. I only ever really go out of Terminal B & the drive up to dropoff is horrid, the food options are limited and seemingly everyone is TSA precheck because theres only 1 security line
- If you have an Amex card check out the Centurion Lounge. Full bar and meals, Complimentary if you have a Platinum card.
- Zaira TrujilloFebruary 20, 2015Nice long airport I was only on the southwest side of it but it didn't seem that hectic as others I've been in !
- Dottie LouMay 18, 2017Probably the ugliest airport I've been in this year. But hey! If you're there, you're leaving, so there's that.
- Peter BeckerJune 13, 2014Is it even possible to get out of NYC on time? I doubt it. There's always some cloud in the air anywhere. Don't book a connecting flight!
- Taxi: don't wait in the main line which can take 30 minutes. Walk 350 ft further to American Airlines building and hop in the cab of your choice - no line!
- Gregg PullanoJune 15, 2015The Delta terminals are a little cramped, but there's lots of good amenities to be had. Enjoy the traffic jam of planes on departure from this baby airfield.
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 21, 2013This airport is the one in the New York area that is the most difficult to get to unless by car, taxi, private car service or shared ride can service
- NYC PrideNovember 29, 2011When you're booking your summer travels remember to check out Delta's website for their super competitive rates. Delta is a proud sponsor of New York City Pride.
- If you ar flying make sure you go to the right terminal if ur going to boston, DC or Chicago ur likely on Delta shuttle which is marne terminal A if u screwed up there is a shuttle bus...
- DaniFebruary 25, 2013LaGuardia Airport was the first airport in the U.S. to be built on partially reclaimed land, which was also used in Tokyo and Hong Kong. LGA has outgrown its capacity, terminals feel a bit cramped.
- If you have an Amex Platinum or above, check out the new Centurion Lounge. An oasis in what's otherwise a fairly sad airport.
- Lots of construction going on people, so be extra early!
- If you have the option - choose LGA over JFK. Much smaller and quicker moving through and much closer to the city
- Bianca B.June 15, 2013This airport is a hidden gem! The people are friendly, and there is a biergarten and artichoke pizza in terminal C.
- Haters are going to hate. This airport is more often then not 20-30 minutes from midtown Manhattan. Of course it's frenetic. If that surprises you, you're really in for a shock once you leave.
- Tsa pre and delta? Don't get in the tA pre line. The sky priority line right next to it is way faster and you can still jump to the tsa pre security check.
- Highly suggest stopping for a shoe shine if you have time... Shine chairs operated by the same family for 60yrs. Great personalized service!
- Laur Lo SkiNovember 27, 2016I haven't been to LaGuardia in maybe 2 years, and I must say their new Delta Terminal is pretty nice!
- Delta has a great restaurant called CRUST near gate 1 - Best offering outside of JFK and JetBlue's T5 I have seen at an airport
- If it's not dark, overcrowded and a little unclean where you are standing, quick, get outta there! You're at JFK!
- Terminal B has no real food options beyond security. So eat before coming through.
