It's good if you airplane is by the hose, if not you need to have a buss to the plane and this how you will look like
I hope I'm not only the person who is eagerly waiting for the grand opening of the new airport in Riyadh. This 1983 structure needs a serious transformation.
Leaving Saudi, returning to Canada. Interesting time it was, while it lasted. 27 months to be exact.
Finally the bathrooms have been redone. Yeah, you can even do a number two!
Anees S.October 22, 2014Do not rely on the gate number on the boarding pass or the screen. Today my boarding pass had 25 and the screens had 23 for the gate number, I left from gate 27!!
Very impressive passport control process. Less than 5 minuets and done.
The most areas are under development. Also, its need more improvement on the decorations to be high-end. Moreover, the IT solution is too weak and non-use at all in KKIA.

When i asked the employees about the delay they said that i have to take the bus to my plane and when i went to the final gate there were no employees! And the gate closed early :) very unprofessional
I have a weird experience everytime I travel via KKIA. The departure is troublesome while the arrival is smooth. The management need to focus on the staff.
Be equipped with all necessary entertainment and communications stuff!
MonopolySeptember 3, 2017Do you believe that ; I was at terminal 2 "Departure" and could not find any shops selling water! It's good If you put Water Vending Machine. Also, Starbucks "Terminal 1" didn't have all its menu.
Long queues to screen luggage before check in... Try to come early, or pay SR10 to the porters to finish the job for you with a short cut.
Stay hungry stay foolish and have some apple i stuff and get ready to fly off to happy places u are traveling to ..

It is not a matter of loving traveling .this time traveling is a must for the sake of family affairs- The Saudi Airlines counters are very crowded, it took almost an hour for me to check my baggage in when i already had my boarding pass. Theres no lane e-ticket holders lane.
