The departure lounge Is the only place that i feel happy in Riyadh 😂😂😂 and they have there a lot of coffee shops
Taxi options 1) normal taxi & 2) london taxi with similar fare 3) luxury or 7-seater by sabtco. Always ask for price list as option 1 ask normally for more the normal

Riyadh airport is expanding. Now terminal 2 and 3 are connected as well. They also have Burger King and Domino's Pizza branches here

Kevin DawsonNovember 11, 2012Allow a couple of hours to get to the front of the immigration queue when you arrive and don't think an electronic boarding card works when you leave - you'll be sent to get a paper one :-)
Pretty efficient airport but I’ve never been able to get the WiFi to work. WiFi is a minimum requirement for any transport hub.
Ask about gates here, the reader-board is never correct. The gates seem to change more frequently than the excuses for why. I hope the pilots aren't this disorganized, or this will be a short trip ✈️
When arriving at immigration as a foreigner, just keep asking people for "the right line" and you're likely to get a shorter line, particularly if you've been to Saudi before.
The arrival immigration can be maddening frequently. But i was lucky this time. Departure immigration was smooth. The EK ground staff during departure were helpful. Got me an earlier flight.

There is no option for business center in case someone wants to print any last minute documents or forgot to print out something. So print documents and bring along.
It such a beautiful place if you are a passenger, and worst if you are an employee like me 💔😤😂
Terminal 5 one of the best Airport Lounge. Well designed and very organized.
Waiting there from 3 PM until 5 AM, friendly and helpful staff though
After waiting for more than 35 minutes at the gate (24) i found out after asking the employee without any announcements that the gate has been changed again without notice!
Actually there's a smoking area in each corner of the gate. For example, in domestic terminal it's in the corner nearby gate 31 and 38 ;)
Be careful with the taxies. They are ready to steal your money. Always insist for discount, it's quite possible that you can travel for 70 where they ask 250 SAR.
Come earlier than usual on high season days to catch your trip! And enjoy 😉
