I used to eat here regularly & would have dreams about the chicken and waffles. When I went today the smothered chicken was not as good as it used to be.

Really over-rated. It must appear in every guidebook as it was full of tourists looking bewildered in their grits.

Must've come at a bad time, cuz the smothered Obama came out within 5 minutes of ordering. No way they cooked that to order. And it wasn't very hot. Please don't drive this place into the ground.

A disappointment & shame to soul food. Mac & cheese was god awful with barely any actual cheese on it, dry and gummy. String beans were served in water. Short rib was bland & the whole plate was $26!
