Always carry a plug converter from single to double. Then when you see someone else charging their laptop you can also charge yours from the same outlet.
After reconstruction it became even worse. Taxi meeting point became shorter and narrower, traffic even more dense.
KreuZDecember 11, 2015Worst airport experience in my life. Please be careful with the luggage carrier, they first say is free than charge you later 500 rubles per baggage. Also the cash change girl is very rude.
Airport free wi-fi requires a Russian phone number to register.
- Have a cheap meal at Sbarro - try the "Buffalo" chicken. There is a free WiFi on the 3rd floor near the business lounge.
"Without state control..." - hehe, Medvedev raiders are here? Fly SVO. Thievish authorities control won't help DME to get better just like it doesn't help some airlines to provide better service.

IrinaAugust 14, 2014International transfer/waiting area is a pricey and mediocre quality foods galore! After the 'meal,' felt robbed and blackmailed. Here, your buck falls flat on its face.
Dmodedove definitely is not coping with the traffic load, dump this airport and fly in to the better Sheryemetovo or Brand New Vnukovo terminal.

I used to like this airport but now it is so overloaded that it is a nightmare to fly in or out even in modem of night. I now prefer SVO for any flights out of Moscow

Natalie BuchnevaAugust 10, 2013I was unpleasantly surprised that the holders of Frequent Traveller status cards are not allowed to use Lufthansa Business Lounge in Domodedovo airport!- Improving! Despite huge crowds at immigration the wait was less than 15 minutes.
It's so hard for you to find a plug here unless you pay and eat inside a restaurant.

Once my favorite airport became absolutely not suitable for passengers: long queues, no seats, bad conditioning, delayed flights... Free wifi though, but that's in all Moscow airports.
