Staff like something from Fawlty Towers! Disorganised, flustered, constantly flapping. Good view but Empire State was better. Would be worth visiting at night for pics of Empire State illuminated.

Best views of the city. The open-air roof deck is the best, there's nothing blocking your view! Even better than the ESB!

You can take great photos looking north to Central Park and South to Broadway and Wall Street - but Twin Towers are gone.

Go before sunset, stay through sunset then till dark - best view of the city. Allows tripods - say them all over despite what the web site says.
