We tried all the cha-shu ramen and loved the shio and the Kara miso. They offer combo meals that give you small rice bowl with salmon or pork
Amazing ramen that comes in many varieties and in reasonable portions. Only place in Vancouver where tsuke-men (egg noodles ramen to dip in broth) is served.

Best ramen I've had in a looong time (and first place where I drank the ENTIRE bowl of soup). Soup and noodles are made fresh in-house. Go early! The store will close when soup or noodles run out!
The handmade noodles here are thinner than your regular ramen noodles, so choosing al dente for its firmness is best :)
Spicy is pretty spicy. Extra noodles for cheap. Loved the chicken broth ramen and add some garlic chips. All handmade noodles.

The avocado salmon starter was delicious. Can't go wrong with their popular ramen options: the chicken one with cheese and tomatoes, and the black pork one.

Had the black ramen and it was great. Really enjoyed the noodles. Skip on the chasu-don though - they aren't very unique.

The vegeterian ramen wasn't all that great compared to others I've had, but maybe the other hakkaido location is better? (ramen DANBO still remains my fav!)

Tasty ramen and really cool decor. Feels like you’re sitting in a Japanese alley. Ramen is on par with places like Hokkaido and Marutama. The pork bone broth is creamy and delicious.
