Amazing traditional homestyle Italian food, with impeccable service & cosy atmosphere. Been going there regularly for 13 years and never had a bad meal! My fave is the Penne Granche (penne with crab)
Penne granchi is unbelievable !!! Their zucchini flowers are the best in Sydney - been coming my whole life and proudly bring friends who become hooked!
Get the penne granci (with crab)- order it as a main and you'll be very happy with your life choices.
Yummy!!! Loved the penne basil garlic pesto with chicken. Very fresh, fast & affordable. Highly recommend this joint for a quick bite in trendy Newtown!
Great little casual pasta place. Choose your own pasta and flavour combination. Penne Arrabbiata was deliciously hot, loved the King Prawn spaghetti too.
Extensive menu where everything is made fresh to order. Really good portion sizes and reasonably priced. Great fast service.

Loved the Beef Cheeks. The Gnocchi Quatro, Penne Amatriciana, Spaghetti Crab & Prawns were pretty good. The Penne Salmon was alright. The Truffle Risotto was pretty bland although the taste was there.
Excellent affogato! The pastizzi were fresh and delicious. I tried the ricotta and apple ones (two different ones).
Penne melanzane is the best! Great gelato too!
The gelato is a must! And I've had breakfast too which I enjoyed.

Love the charming theme and great cocktails. Went for Wednesday steak night and it was delicious. Skinny fries were yummy too. Service was super slow last night. Hope it doesn't happen again!
