Really legit sushi. Sit at the bar and get omakase. Tuna, scallops, and mirugai are really good. Chefs are very friendly and chatty.
Worth the wait, but not the same since Shiro left. Black cod is amazing and so is the fatty tuna.

Poke bar style service, lots of options to build your own and try new things. Mashed spicy tuna wasn't my fav, just stick to basics and ask for sauces on the side too. Expect a line, but goes fast!
Best poké in Seattle! Fresh ingredients, tons of toppings, big portions, friendly staff. Seared ahi, FOB rice (coconut jasmine infused), watermelon radish, and spicy crab are my fave ingredients.

You must try: the tuna bruschetta and the fragrant duck. For those who like sweet cocktails, the mango daquiri is a favorite. As usual, I'll stick with Manhattans.
Whilst the meals were mildly spiced, the way the meals were prepared and the flavours of the meats enhanced, this placed surprised me immensely. Try the sea bass, or spicy tuna dish, both are divine.

This place has a very cool atmosphere and the Lady Gardner drink( or I think that's what it was called) is awesome! The tuna and short rib rice bowls are excellent! VERY GOOD FOOD, and decent prices.

One of our favorite takeout options during COVID-19. We get a pound of poké — half spicy ahi, half mo betta salmon — and a couple sides, then make our own poké bowls at home. Highly recommend!

Everything here was absolutely delicious. Had miso black cod collar (best fish I've ever had), tuna tartare, sea kelp hijiki, and clams sake broth. One of my all time favorite restaurants.
Spicy tuna roll and chicken yakisoba were good in a small, old-fashioned space. I think it's the oldest restaurant in Seattle.

If they have fatty tuna, get it sashimi or sushi style. It doesn't matter, just get it in your mouth quickly and have your life be forever changed. Best thing I've had in Seattle all year.
