Drew Milam: Romantic and cozy restaurant tucked away on Cap Hill. Definitely a little pricey, but get a flat bread and the scallops! Also, parking is terrible, avoid driving at all costs.
Philip: Our service was great, and the food was uniformly delicious. My Outlier cocktail was fabulous.
