Pluses: excellent concierge team, comfortable beds. Minuses: all the rest, namely no security in an area that demands it, poor F&B offering, bad sound insulation in rooms. Not up to par for 4 stars.

There is no in-room coffee. I guess that is to support the olde world / European feel of the place? I thought coffee and free wi-fi were standard in the 21st century.
