A great standard milk tea with boba here. Will be coming back to try more of their menu.
Milk tea, 30% sweet, with pudding. Served in a trough. The best!
The lychee black tea is perfect. It's not too sweet and brewed with fresh tea leaves. Order with lychee jelly and you'll be happy!

I really like the brown rice milk tea. I haven't had it anywhere else in the Bay Area.
great selection of sandwiches/deli/prepared foods. overpriced for most groceries, but i get ground turkey/chicken, teas, and cheese here.

Park at the top level, there are always spots. If you are hungry, get a custom made burrito or pizza. Delicious!
Great spot to grab a sammich and a coffee or tea while you do some work. I like the cold turkey panini with avocado and muenster.
Get the Heirloom Tomato BLT when it's available and wash it down with an iced tea.
Get your tea latte-style with steamed almond milk! They don't have soy, but fresh almond milk is even better.
Credit cards are accepted. We got our order to go, but while we waited the nice lady fed us tea and veggie pancakes! also, she makes excellent recommendations for vegetarians.
FREE unlimited tea made of dates, goji berries, barley, licorice root, cinnamon, & toasted corn. Highly recommend the Pajeon - Korean Seafood Pancake, not too oily & they don't skimp on the seafood!
They make a healthy caffeine free tea. Service is excellent! Super friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Food is delicious!

The Arnold Palmer like Darjeeling Iced Tea was a surprise...cummin and salt added a pleasant, refreshing zing to the beverage

Get the Herbal Rooibos tea or a chai latte and you won't be disappointed. Both are delicious and local.

Picked up a flourless chocolate cake for a party that was rich, dense and incredibly tasty. It had caramel topping which made it even more brilliant. Only $20, great spot to pick up some desserts.
