I love this original Kerbey Lane location! It is much more low key and enjoyable. They have amazing pancakes, queso and sweet potato fries!

If they ever have the white chocolate pancakes as the Pancake of the Day, ORDER THEM! Literally one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten.
We tried the Pancake Flight, the Breakfast Pot Pie, kids breakfast, Hot Chocolate & their house blend Coffee. Everything was good. We will definitely be back to try more breakfast items.

My favorite are the French Toast, but the chicken and waffles are a mandatory try. The wait can be long, but they're usually prompt and it helps that Waterloo records is next door to pass the time.
