Dianne Hillhouse: Excellent lobster rolls, jalapeño slaw, clam chowder, fish and chips, raw oysters. The high prices are the only reason I don't go more often. Love the decor and atmosphere of Garbo's.
Lisa K: Might be a little pricey but when you see the huge chunks of lobster, it's worth it!
Austin Chronicle: Fresh, authentic lobster rolls served either Maine Style (mayo, celery, Bibb lettuce) or Connecticut Style (with lemon-tarragon drawn butter and scallions). Both are heavenly. Read more.

Lisa: Their sweet potato clam chowder and RIBEYE are amazing
Jason Kapler: For my money, the best steak in Austin. Off the beaten track so very quite and intimate versus alternative steak houses.
Austin Chronicle: The independently owned Austin Land & Cattle serves steaks that are succulent, tender, and cooked as-ordered, and you get three sides with your entrée. One downside: Parking can be a real bitch.
Chris Annoni: Best clam chowder I've EVER eaten! You must give it a try with their fabulous bread and butter...
Susan Zoch: Well my friend enjoyed the lobster roll, surf and turf and the hamburger. I ordered the fish sandwich which was ok but it needs a meatier fish to stand up to the bun.
BrookeFish: Highly recommend the seafood tower! You get a bit of everything and it’s awesome! My favorite cocktail is the Tito’s Cherry Limeade, but I also love the Paloma and the 512. Honestly, try everything!
Whitney Jardine: A variety of delicious rotating and standard daily soups & juices. Also gluten-free (and regular) grilled cheese sandwiches! My favorite smoothie: green monster. Favorite juice: love cleanse.
Martín: Off the menu: Order a Love Cleanse in smoothie form with mango. Solid post-run juicin.
Brea Simpson: The simplicity of a place that serves grilled cheese, really good soup and juice is just beautiful. The Green Detox and one of their cherry cookies is like soul food to me.

Kitjer: Still awesome. Great fresh specials, salmon appetizer. Try it! Also the key lime pie, apple walnut cobbler. Roast beef au jus is good, fall apart ribs and their tasty fries. Great 'hood hideaway.
Kitjer: Hamburger, French dip, fish sandwich, salmon appetizer - all great options still. Ribs are good - always a good backpocket option, Bartlett's is.

Kristen Johnson: This is my go to place for working or having a meeting with someone. Great food. very healthy. Only had them bring the food to me 1 time, when I was with a baby. Normally have to pick it up.
becca: Just a heads up - they don't serve breakfast all day or even during the normal brunch times
Ron Boerger: Contrary to what Becca claims, you can order bagels or breakfast pastries, coffee and expresso all day.
