Their bread (on all the sandwiches) is super good.
Check menu online daily and don't go until they have the yellow-tail, fennel and avocado sandwich. Better than the sandwich on the 7x7 list. I promise!

Go the Sentinel and get the oatmeal to last the morning or a muffin for a breakfast snack.
