If the main cart has a long line, the halal guys cart across the street and on 53rd and 7th are normally quicker
Hands down best food cart in NYC. Long lines are an indication. Get the half chicken/half lamb combo. Excellent.

If you have to take it to go, pour 1 red sauce into 1 white sauce container, shake it up and I promise you, the proportion will always be perfect

Fun fact: Johnny Cash wrote 'Ring of Fire' the morning after going a little overzealous on the hot sauce here.
There are two carts located on opposite corners of 6th Ave. Both serve the same exact food but, if you want authenticity, then go to the one on the SW corner, across from the Hilton hotel.

Ask for a little bit of BBQ sauce on top of usual white and hot sauce, you'll be surprised.

This place has awesome chicken and rice. I never usually get chicken, but it isn't dry and the chicken is plentiful. And, you get to put your own sauces on.
