All the classes are fresh and challenging! If you like the heat.....try barre burn! If cardio is your thing...hit up Bardio...dance/barre!? Bardio barre or just good ole barre will whip u into shape

My fav workout spot. Just around the corner from our med spa — great conditioning, strength training, and so many classes to choose from. Great environment too!
