Being a real true Texan. Born and raised in the great state, this is truly the best Tex-Mex outside of Texas. When ever I get a little homesick, I go to Rio Grande Tex-Mex for a little taste of home!

Split the Cadillac Nachos if you're with a friend. Only order the One Pound Burrito if you eat like a football player. Also, lots of vegetarian options here!

The salsa is great. Steak chimichanga had nicely seasoned steak but it was fatty and cut in too large chunks. Rice & beans: meh. Lived in the south too long for this to rank any better than average.

Black bean nachos rock! Also try the double stuffed tacos. This place is the best Tex Mex in central New York.
