There's an awesome loose tea shop inside and lots of fresh produce! Haven't tried any of the meat, but I've heard it makes all of the difference.

The market is a busy, crammed place, so try not to be too overwhelmed. Go in with an open mind and indulge in all the types of food like pizza, crepes, cheesesteaks, fresh seafood, cheese and gyro.

Take the tour. Carolyn does a great job of making the tour of the market and the history of some of Philly's favorite foods fun and interesting. It's well worth the price.
