The rooms are ok (small but is part of the brand), you only would like to go to sleep and nothing else. The real problem are the bathroom doors, you can hear, see and smell everything from the bed...

Absolutely nothing. We were stuck in the elevator for 35 min. The fire department had to come to get us out. NO ONE FROM THE BAR OR HOTEL ASK IF WE WERE OKAY. I will be filing a formal complaint.

The room pods remind of Bruce Willis apartment in The Fifth Element but there are no rollout gun compartments.

A double room has only one full-sized bed. The only two-bed rooms are the twin bunks.

Only really annoying thing is that housekeeping turns the AC off so we came back to a really hot room. I was really irritated about it.

Small rooms. And terrible wall-to-wall carpets that felt sticky under my feet. I had to wear my shoes all the time to not feel disgusted. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Room are as expected. Only complaint is the size of the towels: miniscule. I also did not like the way they smelled; dirty.

No TV at all due to the building currently being 'under construction' and seriously the worse shower ever - impossible to control the temp and zero pressure. Like, none. My tip - find somewhere else.

amazing rooftop bar! die zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sauber & funktional. in NYC solltet ihr dort eh nur zum schlafen dort sein.

Gran hotel, excelente ubicación en Manhattan, todo muy limpio y el staff realmente amable. Volvería sin dudarlo! Ah! Y tiene un bar en el piso 17 con una vista preciosa de NY de noche :)

Realmente bueno, localiz estupenda, justo al lado de la gran estación. Súper limpio, animado y moderno. única pega, sin llegar a serlo es el espcio de la hab, es practica no se necesita nada más.
