Proper breathing can make the difference between a great race and a bad one. Focus on these 3 things while running: Breathing w/ a rhythm, Inhaling through your nose, & breathing from your diaphragm

Was in today and no one helped us. The store was slow. Maybe hit it at a bad time, it was a Saturday afternoon though... and workers were standing around. Disappointing as I have heard good things.
