Skip dinner, as it's mobbed and the service stinks. Instead do lunch at the takeaway spot next door with a fresh juice from Melvin.

At counter, need to be more knowledgeable about menu items and willing to describe them to diners. I was met with rudeness when asking what constitutes a 'salad' when no description was on the menu.
