Dare I say that the frozen hot chocolate here is better than Serendipities?
Time after time, it's the same story. Great product, but sub-par staff....
Cupcakes are all good here, but if you're here around breakfast time, go for a warm strawberry cheese croissant. Yum.
Desserts are amazing but the service needs a lot of work 35 minute wait and then another 20 minutes.
Margarita RodriguezAugust 28, 2016I tried their hazelnut mouse and it didn't taste fresh it had a taste like it sat their and it took other odor that wasn't pleasant.
The only thing worth getting is their red velvet cake.
the apple strudel is very good normally but this time of year it's spiced. be warned!
Long line, lots of choices - stick to the cannoli though
