Viola's Hip Hop class is so much fun! She is a great teacher & really funny! You get some nice light cardio to balance out all the hardcore classes. I'll be taking that class again!Upvoted Apr 5
Be sure to try out the Monday HIIT class, or anything taught by Linda K or Cecilia B. They are definitely two of the most inspirational instructions to start your morning off with a positive attitude!- Erica's Thursday 12pm Live Music Yoga class is always invigorating and challenging. Be prepared to sweat through a 90-minute Vinyasa with a roomful of yogis of various levels.
It’s probably a touch overpriced, but man, I’m glad I upgraded from xsport. This is a very solid gym. I’d like to see a smith machine & a Nordic bench but overall the equipment is A+.

The new lockers are really easy. Hit C then any 4 digits then the "key" button. Wait for the sound then turn to lock or unlock- Yogis: if you're an Erica disciple, try Jenny B's Vinyasa class! She has a very similar style.
Try working out during off peak hours, it's awesome to play your own music over the gym speakers.
Viola's hip hop classes are great! She's a great teacher, patient and encouraging.

Kimberly kicks ass at Sunday morning spinning! It is amazing.
erica's yoga classes, chris' spinning classes and annabelle's blastg classes are the best
on Tuesdays take Chris N's spin class at 6 followed by his full body blast class.
