For protein shakes order the off menu mocha freeze. It's the mocha madness with coffee instead of milk. So you get your coffee, your protein, your yum and a lot less calories ❤

The Cafe staff are amazing!!! Nick's customer service is beyond exceptional. He know the names of the customers, remembers what the regulars order, and gives wonderful menu item recommendations!!!

Jeff, Jordyn, Carla, and Dimples are great Personal Trainers. You'll feel the burn and see results. Young ones love Carla. I love Jeff for challenging his clients to believe on their capabilities.

Cycle with Lisa, Chris and dara! They're amaaaazing. The cycling studio is beautiful and the bikes are incredible. They sinc to your heart rate monitor!

Parking on Saturday mornings is an absolute nightmare..most folks are typically here for group classes..if you want to avoid walking in the freezing Chicago cold, come after noon on weekends..
