HolidayJuly 23, 2016I ordered the apricot thinking there is just one apricot gelato. Turns out there's a sorbet too and the employee didn't care I was disappointed I received the wrong thing. Very grumpy female employee.

Alec McDowallNovember 15, 2014This is the ice cream shop you'd typically avoid if you were in Italy, as they don't prepare everything in-store as a fresh gelato should be. But it does taste good, especially if you're in the US.
Order the granita. It is probably the best possible granita - the apotheosis of granita - and it's so packed full of flavor that it's shareable in even the smallest portion size.
If you have Celiac Disease, you're in luck. Gluten-free friendly & very educated on cross-contaminant issues.

The sorbet is extra refreshing on a hot day; get pink grapefruit if it's available!

- It smelled like a wet dog in here the other day. That was disgusting. But it did not stop me from enjoying three delicious flavors of gelato.
Jan DawsonSeptember 24, 2009I always get the Nocciola and Pistachio but the dark chocolate one's great too. Very good and authentic from Italy- Order any flavor that contains chocolate, chocolate chips, and/or espresso.
