Really the best sandwich shop in Williamsburg. Heroes on fresh bread, overstuffed with top notch ingredients that will feed you for two meals. Ask the counter boys for suggestions, too.

They certainly call this sandwich Godfather for a reason. Pungent spice is captured at once from the combination of quality meats topped with homemade peppers and fresh provolone.

The Godfather and Willie's sandwiches (get 'em spicy!) are simply phenomenal. If you're looking for something a little lighter, the salads are pretty good too.

Godfather - a hulking semolina roll filled with traditional Italian meats, their homemade roasted peppers, Parm, provolone, and either spicy or sweet vinegar peppers.

Solid Italian sandwich joint in a neighborhood that is sorely lacking them. Get the Godfather or Willie spicy.

These guys do it right, I get the spicy godfather but it's really like shooting fish in a barrel here. As far as good options go.

The godfather is the Italian god of sandwiches. And I love Italian sandwiches. Spicy peppers are good, not very spicy.

Delicious sandwiches, authentic Italian food but not as good as Tino's on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. It's a very close second though

Holy cats, this place has the best subs ever made. Worth the trip from Manhattan, or getting out of bed for on a Sunday. Ask for yours "dressed," trust me!

Don't sleep on the breakfast sandwiches. Sharp provolone, egg, and broccoli rabe on a soft semolina roll? Hell yes.

Ask Jerry to guess the weight of your meats, he'll nail it down to one hundredth of a pound, it's impressive.
