When I checked into Wynn Resort I was told my reservation was for the Encore which was wrong I specifically said i made them for Wynn. We had to walk forever to Encore. We were very unhappy and upset

Ridiculously long lines for check in and had 6 agents. Maybe they should consider pre registering the guests that have guaranteed bookings on morning of arrival. Had to wait 20 mins to check in.

If you want to bet lots of money you should gamble here. The limits are higher than elsewhere on the strip.

Music at Adult Pool skewed for teens! Way too loud and electro trash. All the guests were unhappy. Would love to have a bottle of Rose a good book and relax but just not possible.
