The staff here are absolutely amazing, and will help accommodate you, as well as try to help you with whatever you ask of them. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Impressive!

Helpful staff installed a fridge and microwave for us - just ask if you need one! Stayed with our 8week old daughter and everything & everyone was great!

Loved the sweet dreams mattress and my room had flat panel tv, not flat screen...Great salads at the Bigelow Grille!

The free shuttle service is clutch. Joe (the driver) has strong opinions on the steelers.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

I got a complimentary downgrade. Perhaps they need to stop upgrading people and allow the people who actually booked the better rooms get what they paid for!!! Boo!

Food is good, but slow. Wait staff not that friendly, low energy. Menu changes, breakfast buffet ends 10am-nothing tells you that. Serves until 11. TV is not flat screen, not HD, & limited channels.

Pricy hotel and we didn't even have a fridge or microwave in the room and no free breakfast. Also had to pay extra for parking.

This hotel needs some work. Lots of minor issues, like broken mirrors and broken flush handle on the toilet. Not a well trained staff.
